A) Pre-Construction Phase:

To assist client in selection of architect /consultant.

Continues follow up with consultant for proper & smooth flow of drawings & decisions.

Detailed drawing review to ensure cost & time optimization.

To prepare project schedule with the help of client.

To assist the client in selection of contractors.

To prepare the project Cash Flow with ‘S’ Curve.

B) Construction Phase:

We deploy a project team that ensures all works are done as per specification and as per Method Statement.

Daily monitoring and supervision of project by our project team.

We check all invoice and certified them for Client to disburse the funds.

We coordinate between all the agencies to ensure smooth execution.

We prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. So client has updated information.

Progress review meeting will be arranged on regular basis to review the progress.

We will provide budget require for every three months.

C) Post Construction Phase:

To check the final bill and certified it with in stipulated time.

To check reconciliation of materials.

All MEP services test-reports and warranty information is properly documented and handed over to Client’s maintenance in-charge to ensure smooth operations.

Detailed snag lists are prepared with help of consultants and each item is tracked till all issues get resolved.
